Meet The Team
Frank Buckle
Frank is the Managing Director for Pro Show and started the company in 2000, having left Staging Connections as a senior technician. Prior to Staging Connections, Frank was heavily involved in the IT industry, having run a number of successful computer companies. It was during this time that he developed his charismatic style of leadership and natural business acumen. Aside from his responsibilities as a director, Frank is still involved as a technician for interstate and larger events.
Stewart Taylor
Stewart joined Pro Show after 18 years of service with Staging Connections where he held a number of positions, including Account Manager at the Hilton Adelaide. As General Manager of Pro Show, Stewart has brought a great degree of stability to the company, through the introduction of new processes. Stewart is also a director of Pro Show.
Andrew Houey
Andrew joined Pro Show part-time in 2005 in sales and marketing. He has a background in theatre technical production, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing). Andrew joins Pro Show full-time in 2007 as Marketing Manager, as well as continuing studies towards a Masters of Commerce (Marketing).
Anita Buckle
Anita joined Pro Show in 2005, working as an administrator. As our sales coordinator, Anita is an integral part of our sales team, as well as assisting the General Manager and looking after our accounts. Suffice to say, she is a very busy girl! Anita is currently finishing a Bachelor of Wine Marketing at Adelaide Uni.
Paul McCann
Paul joined Pro Show after returning to Adelaide from the Gold Coast. As an ex-Staging Connections employee, Paul has worked across the country on many different types of events. As our Operations Manager, Paul manages the day-to-day management of our events, as well as being a senior technician. Paul has a background in theatre production, and is a volunteer fire fighter with the CFS.
Shane Weaver
Shane Weaver joins Pro Show as our new Technical Director, and has a career in the entertainment industry spanning over 30 years. From a rock and roll background, Shane toured with bands such as INXS, The Radiators, Richard Clapton, Sherbert and Fleetwood Mac, before moving into the corporate audiovisual arena. Shane has also worked as Production Manager for Darwin Theatre Company, as Technical Manager for Araluen Arts Centre in Alice Springs, and in senior technical roles for Top End Sounds and Staging Connections. Like Paul McCann, Shane Weaver is a volunteer fire fighter with the CFS.
Kym Bugg
Kym is the foundation of our technical operations, looking after the warehouse, equipment repairs, deliveries and technical aspects of Pro Show. Kym is an all-rounder with excellent knowledge of audiovisual systems, cars, in fact most things with electricity runnning through them! Coming from a nightclub backgorund, Kym is a fantastic moving light programmer.
